Governance

CSEM is a professional member society for Canadian endocrinologists and researchers. We are governed by an Executive and Council of Directors from across Canada who reflect the diversity of the endocrine  medical and research community including, but not limited to, gender, language, race, cultural background, sexual orientation, age, disability, constituent geographic areas, as well as all areas of endocrinology (i.e.: adult, pediatric academic, community and research), skills and experience.

Conflict of Interest

For Council and Committees: Council Directors and committee members must always act in the best interest of CSEM. CSEM volunteers must be independent and impartial, acting with integrity and conducting themselves in a manner consistent with CSEM’s mandate and bylaws to maintain the confidence of our members in the conduct of CSEM’s business.
