Presentation Formats
Accepted abstracts will be awarded an oral or poster presentation decision. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed when scheduling presentations; presenters are expected to be available to present throughout the professional conference.
Oral Presentations
Those selected for an oral presentation are expected to travel to the conference, present in-person, and attend the entire presentation session. Oral presentations will be 5-10 minutes, exact length to be confirmed.
Electronic Poster Presentations
Electronic posters (ePosters) will be displayed for the duration of the conference in the Electronic Poster Gallery, through the conference app, and on the conference website. ePosters will remain available following the conference on the app and website. Presenting authors will be expected to present their ePoster in-person during their scheduled time.
Research Hour
Research Hour provides poster presenting authors with a specific 15-minute timeslot to present to a wider audience, however, presenting authors can also arrange time outside of Research Hour to share their abstract and engage in deeper discussions. Scheduled timeslots allow for 5-minutes to present, 5-minutes for question and answer, and 5-minutes to transition to the next scheduled presentation.
All ePoster presenters will be assigned a date and time to present during one of three Research Hour sessions:
Thursday, November 27 from 09:15 – 10:15 ET and 17:00 – 18:30 ET
Friday, November 28 from 09:15 – 10:15 ET
