The Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (CSEM) is a professional organization bringing together clinical endocrinologists, educators and researchers engaged in providing health care, training and research within the broad domain of endocrinology. The CSEM is a national advocate for excellence in endocrinology research, education, and patient care, and its mandate is to advance the discipline of endocrinology and metabolism in Canada.

The Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism is
requesting suggestions for the naming of our CSEM Awards and Grants.
There are a large number of distinguished Canadian
Endocrinologists, and the CSEM would like to honour them by naming our major
awards after them. At the present time, our only named award is the Robert Volpé
Distinguished Service Award.
Submission should be made with the name of a prominent
Canadian endocrinologist who has made a significant contribution in the field of
endocrinology.

Every year, the CSEM offers a number of awards to honor its members' contributions to research, leadership, teaching and service to the Canadian endocrine community.
